Excellent production by the environmental journalism group. I was an undergraduate biology major at MSU (1961-1965) and was acquainted with Dr. Wallace and other mentioned here. I remember seeing the robins and a large owl with the lethal tremors. These scientists, brought to the attention of the world by Rachel Carson, deserve our thanks for defying popular thinking and helping end the indiscriminate use of pesticides.

I recently read Dr. Wallace's autobiography and wondered why he did not elaborate more on the DDT controversy. This video documentary filled in a lot of the missing story.
